Stenger Business Systems, Inc. warrants each cartridge to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. If any Stenger Business Systems cartridge is found to be defective, Stenger Business Systems will, at its option, replace the cartridge or refund the purchase price.

Stenger Business Systems also warrants that subject to conditions stated below and under normal use, our cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible printers or copiers. If a defect in a Stenger Business Systems cartridge causes a printer or copier to fail, Stenger Business Systems will offer the customer free technical support for repair of the copier or printer.

This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing Stenger Business Systems with satisfactory evidence that the printer or copier failure was because of a defect in the Stenger Business Systems cartridge, including a written statement on authorized service company's letterhead, dated and signed by the company's field service representative. Return of the defective cartridge is required. Any sign of tampering with the cartridge by non-Stenger personnel will void this warranty.
