Stenger Business Systems has been proudly serving the Ohio Valley for more than a half-century.  Quality products, supplies and reliable service have enabled us to develop into a true business success story.

In 1945, Wheeling, W. Va. resident Ralph Stenger took a risk and started his own business. Since its roots as a typewriter repair shop with two employees -- Ralph and his wife -- the company has prospered. Today, Stenger Business Systems is a national leader in the marketing of document processing equipment, offering quality products from Savin, Riso, and other reliable brands, as well as rentals, refurbished equipment, laser products, and service.

Today
Keeping up with the times is the name of the game, and Stenger Business Systems is helping lead the way in the Ohio Valley.  Innovative ideas and old-fashioned work ethic allow us to offer customers the best products and the best prices.

Our business currently encompasses a wide array of fields including copiers, digital duplicators, printers, fax machines, shredders, folders, and much more.  We're also the valley's top source for copier and printer supplies, including genuine, compatible and remanufactured cartridges.

However, everything we do would be in vain if it weren't for our service.  The foundation of the business six decades ago, customer service and technical support continue to be our proudest areas.  Our technicians are experienced and certified professionals, and we pride ourselves on our prompt and reliable on-site service.  

Stenger Business Systems has been named one of the top RISO dealers in the country since 1991. In 1993, we reached 320 percent of our quota, which placed us as top dealer among 120 others in the "Small Dealer" class.

Tomorrow
Office automation products are evolving at a blinding pace and we continue to make great strides with the industry.  The future holds great promise for digital, all-purpose machines -- the technology is nearly in place for multi-purpose machines that print, copy, scan, fax, and "call" via modem whenever supplies and service are necessary.  We're looking to the future with great excitement, but we'll never forget what got us here ... one man with a set of tools and a commitment to doing the job right.
